Omar Lasheen
Omar Lasheen is a results-driven Business Development and Sales & Marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth, building strong market presence, and developing strategic partnerships across competitive markets. With a solid background in commercial strategy, distributor management, and market expansion, Omar plays a key role in identifying new opportunities and translating them into sustainable business results. Known for his structured approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to align commercial objectives with long-term company vision, he consistently contributes to revenue growth, brand development, and operational excellence.
Ibrahim Asim
As co-founder of Phoenix Pharma, Ibrahim Asim is a resident doctor in the United Kingdom with extensive practical knowledge of operations within hospitals, pharmacies and clinics - but most of all knowing the patients heart-to-heart. Ibrahim has a strong academic and scientific background holding degrees in biomedical engineering from the Imperial College London, Pharmacology from the University of Oxford - as well as Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland - Bahrain. Ibrahim has first hand practical experience in the workings of the National Healthcare System in the UK as well as hospitals within Bahrain - He holds specialized knowledge in areas of medical devices, drug formulations and radiological imaging - with the dedication that: “no person should have to say they can’t afford to be well”.
Usman Asim
Usman Asim, Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Pharma, is an accomplished investment and business professional specializing in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Finance. He currently serves as an investment analyst for a prominent family office in KSA, managing both local and international real estate projects. Usman possesses advanced expertise in financial modelling, asset management, and corporate finance & advisory. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Usman maintains a keen interest in asset management and real estate, with a demonstrated passion for business growth and scaling operations. This passion stems from his personal experience in developing projects.
